Mouhamadou Bamba Ndiaye

Mr Ndiaye is an Islamic Scholar, policymaker and former: Minister-Counselor, in charge of Communication, Religious Affairs and Spokesperson of the Presidency of the Republic of Senegal from 2009 to 2012. As Minister, he designed and organized the 1st edition of the International Conference of Ulema of the World, held in Dakar from May 10 to 13, 2011 with the participation of nearly 600 Muslim scholars from Africa, Asia, Europe, America and Oceania. He has also been the Regional Director of the International Islamic Relief Organization from 1989 to 1995.
Mr. Ndiaye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic civilization and Arabic language at the University of Dakar (SENEGAL), and a Certificate of Mastery in Islamology.
Cheikh Ibrahim Lethome Asmani

Cheikh Ibrahim Lethome Asmani is a prominent Islamic Legal scholar and Advocate at the High Court of Kenya. He is a Senior Partner of the law firm Mohamed and Lethome Advocates.
Cheikh Linthome is also a Consultant with the Population Council, Nairobi office, as a resource person in the debate around FGM/C and Islam. He developed a toolkit for anti-FGM/C campaigners in the Horn of Africa. He is also a member, Shariah Advisory Board, at the Kenya Commercial Bank on interest-free banking. He is the Chairman of the Shariah Advisory Board of Chase Bank(Chase Iman) on Islamic Banking.
Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Profession from the Kenya School of Law.
Cheikh Lithome Graduated in 1996 from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan and qualified for the award of LLM in Law and Shariah specializing in Muslim personal laws.
He graduated in 1992 as an external Bachelor of Education student from The Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan, and qualified for the award of an Upper Second class Honors
He also graduated from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan and qualified for the award of LLB First Class Honors in Shariah and Law. He holds a Bachelor of Education from the Punjab University – Lahore Pakistan.
